Our Carpet Cleaning Services Include a minimum of 5 steps to ensure we leave you with the best looking and cleanest carpet possible. We take the time to ensure we prepare the carpet for all the dirt and grime to be lift out during the hot water extraction process using some of the highest quality truck mounted system to bring your carpets to their best. Customers can expect their carpets to be dry in two to three hours, even less if speed drying is requested.

Cleaning your carpet should be part of your 6 month or 12 month routine to keep your carpets looking good, remove allergens, and fix all those unsightly marks left on the carpet from spills or pets. Vacuums alone cannot reach deep down into the fibers unlike out professional steam cleaning. Pet issues can be remedied and addressed with the professional care and treatments we provide.
Our technicians are all carpet cleaning IICRC certified so our process is complete, thorough, and to the highest standards to assure the carpet is deep cleaned to its optimal condition.

We walk with you to discuss the cleaning needs, any problem areas, furniture, and cleaning process -
Pre-Vacuum
We Pre-Vacuum to remove easy to remove dirt, hair, and debris. -
Spot Treatment
Spots are treated before cleaning to help removal in the Steam Clean Extraction Process. -
Pre-Spray
All areas are pre-sprayed with a detergent which breaks down the dirt, grime, and soils to break free from the carpet fibers. -
Brush / Agitate
One of the most important steps in cleaning. We use a specialized CRB machine to dig down to remove embedded, hair, gunk, and soils. This process also restores fibers to an optimal position untwisting matted and worn carpeting to bring it to a natural neutral state. -
Steam Clean & Neutralize
Our Hot Water Extraction is performed using high end truck mounted equipment which will use very hot water to absorb and remove soils which are vacuumed away. We use a all fabric rinse which will neutralize the detergent leaving clean soft fibers which are in their optimal state. -
Post-Spot
Any stubborn or permanent spots or stains are treated with our slow acting post treatment which will continue to work are restoring it back to its original condition. -
Speed Dry
Completed areas are assisted in their drying with air blowers to minimize the dry time. -
Deodorizer (Optional)
Although there is a subtle clean scent left, some people like that additional extra scent we can leave post clean. -
Post Inspection & Checkout
