The Upholstery Cleaning Process

Customer Walkthrough
We walk with you to discuss the cleaning needs, any problem areas, and cleaning based on the fabric type

Pre-Vacuum
We Pre-Vacuum to remove easy to remove dirt, hair, and debris.

Spot Treatment
Spots are treated before cleaning to help removal in the Steam Clean Extraction Process.

Pre-Spray
All areas are pre-sprayed with a detergent which breaks down the dirt, grime, and soils to break free from the carpet fibers.

Brush / Agitate
Cushions, armrests, and commonly used material is brushed to work in the detergent and loosen the soils

Steam Clean & Neutralize
Our Hot Water Extraction is performed using high end truckmounted equipment which will use very hot water to absorb and remove soils which are vacuumed away.  We use a all fabric rinse which will neutralize the detergent leaving clean soft fibers which are in their optimal state.

Post-Spot
Any stubborn or permanent spots or stains are treated with our slow acting post treatment which will continue to work are restoring it back to its original condition.

Speed Dry
Areas are speed dried with fans to get your upholstery back to a fully dried condition, typically within an hour of our cleaning

Deodorizer (Optional)
Although there is a subtle clean scent left, some people like that additional extra scent we can leave post clean.

Post Inspection & Checkout
Customers are walked through with the final details of the cleaning
