WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We use Square for our payment processing which includes: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay. We also will take cash or check.
HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO CLEAN MY CARPETS?
Residential - 6 or 12 month intervals is recommended to extend the life of your carpets and keep them fresh, allergen free, and looking great.
Commercial - Very dependent on traffic and the specifics of the business. We also provide a faster low moisture maintenance cleanings in between full steam cleaning to keep your business looking great year around.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CLEAN?
Cleaning times are different every time as every job is different and has different needs to get your carpet its absolute best. When scheduling we will provide an approximate time frame for completion.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY CARPETS TO DRY?
Carpet drying time varies greatly depending on the time of year, current weather conditions, HVAC system, and carpeting type. However we do speedy dry the carpets with fans on most occasions and always on request with a blower in each room after cleaning.
Typical Dry Times With No Fans:
Winter - 6 to 8 Hours or less
Spring - 4 to 6 Hours or Less
Summer - 2 to 3 Hours Or Less
Fall - 4 to 6 Hours Or Less
Typical Speed Dry Times With Fans used for ~20 minutes:
Winter - 4 to 6 Hours or less
Spring - 3 to 4 Hours or Less
Summer - 1 to 3 Hours Or Less
Fall - 3 to 4 Hours Or Less
